I have a background in competing in Beach Volleyball internationally and working with/coaching national teams.

Alongside this I have grown up participating in a variety of board sports my whole life, including surfing, snowboarding, skateboarding and wakeboarding.

I am a Level 3 Personal Trainer and VCTC qualified Sports Massage Therapist; together this knowledge gives me a greater understanding and insights into sports.

For the past 7 years I have been a wakeboard instructor and have now passed over to taking up kitesurfing.
